Hello, and thank you for visiting my website (click here for the home page). If you seek counselling support for yourself or a loved one, or wish to consult with me regarding your business, organization, or school, my promise to you is the same - if I cannot help you, then I will help you find someone that can. To learn more about me, please scroll down for my bio and other information.
My energy and commitment come from ongoing sources: my family and friends, spiritual passion, motivated purpose, unconditional love, deep convictions, the list goes on. We all have gifts to share, we all have stories to tell; I believe we are as much similar as we are different. That is the strength of our diversity.
I feel great about life now, but it wasn’t always this way.

How we approach them is what makes the difference. Now, I have lost over 170lbs and have learned a few things along the way about life and loving life. My Motto is simple: Live while you have the life. Again, thanks for stopping by.
