What is online counselling/coaching?

There are several methods of connecting for a counselling or coaching session. The most preferred and popular method is in-person. However, when in-person sessions are not available for a variety of reasons (limited local services, convenience, or personal preference), online/distance sessions are a great alternative.

Online counseling refers to the provision of professional mental health counselling services concerns via the internet. The online/distance  services that Derrick provides for counselling and coaching are via webcam (through Skype) and on the phone.

How much do sessions cost?

In-person sessions with a coach, registered counsellor or psychologist in private practice, in general, can range between $75-$225.

Value Packages and reduced rates (income based) are available for both Derrick’s in-person and online/distance services upon request.
